Shop Policies

Order Acknowledgment

Before checkout, you’ll be asked to acknowledge that:

  • You understand the garment is made from secondhand, upcycled textiles.
  • The item may show subtle signs of wear consistent with its origin.
  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship within 5–7 business days.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
  • You will receive tracking info by email once your order has shipped.
  • Newe Place is not responsible for delays due to postal issues or incorrect addresses.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to fit or change of mind.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Materials Disclosure

  • All pieces are created using reclaimed, secondhand, and vintage materials.
  • Signs of wear are part of the garment's story and are not considered flaws.
  • Each item is unique and may contain minor inconsistencies that reflect the handmade process.
